Prenups.com Massachusetts Partner - Craig Singer

I graduated from the University of Hartford in 1988 and started my career by founding a fashion jewelry manufacturing and import company, supplying major retailers like Walmart. Later, I owned and operated three auto detailing businesses and one of the largest valet parking companies in the Boston area.

At 37, I decided it was time for a change. I wanted to be 40 with a law degree rather than without one. After graduating from law school in 2008, I began practicing criminal defense for three years, followed by personal injury for another three years. During that time, I realized criminal clients often lack the resources to pay for legal services, which led me to explore other areas of law.

Family and probate law became my focus for the next seven years, during which I also gained experience in debt collection. These days, my passion lies in prenuptial agreements, and I regularly post on TikTok and Instagram about the importance of protecting assets before marriage. With over 300 followers, my posts average between 800 and 1,300 views.

Getting married is the most important financial decision you’ll ever make - don’t leave this up to chance.

It is important to be mindful of the financial decisions you are making before and after the big day.

Yes, a prenup is the best protection that you can have against an expensive and messy dissolution of your marriage. But it’s also the best tool to avoid the financial arguments that often appear during the marriage itself.

We’re convinced that this is the best tool you can give yourself against a messy end of a marriage with your spouse. The average marital dissolution case costs $15,000 per spouse. The average case takes over a year to complete. Couples that go to court routinely spend 20% of their net worth fighting over who gets the majority of the remaining 80%. Hopefully, you don’t need to be convinced that a messy divorce is best avoided at all costs.

Today, the average wedding costs $25,000.

What could be a better gift than investing in the future happiness of your relationship with your spouse?

Most of us don’t regret investing in one of the most important days of our lives.

But it’s also important to invest in what comes after the wedding day. The cost of a prenup is a fraction of the cost of actually getting married and will continue to pay dividends long after the wedding cake is gone.

What Our Clients Think Of Us

Don’t take our word for it!

Before finding Aaron other lawyers that I met with were terrible. Thank goodness I found him because working with Aaron was an absolute pleasure! I cannot recommend his firm enough. He was super easy to work with and made the process of getting a prenup very manageable.
- S. L., Client
Aaron was exactly what I was looking for when I needed help drafting up a prenuptial agreement. He sat down with me and asked me exactly what I was looking for and advised on several blindspots I had not considered. Most importantly he educated me throughout the whole process which I thoroughly enjoyed. I’ll be recommending Aaron to my friends who need help with their prenuptials.
- D. T., Client
High Google reviews exist for good reason. Aaron first met with us and listened to what we wanted in our prenup, then he professionally presented what he would deliver: a comprehensive prenup that far exceeded our desires and expectations. He factored in many considerations we hadn’t even considered like tax implications, impact on our wills and the ability for the prenup to remain valid across state lines. I cannot recommend Aaron and his team enough.
- M. H., Client
Aaron is incredibly thorough... He was also very invested on a personal level and actually cared for my well-being beyond his responsibilities as my lawyer. I was so impressed by him as my legal representation and as a person.

The Prenup Prescription changed me from a marriage skeptic to a lifelong marriage advocate. When I was getting married, there was no shortage of counselors to help me and my wife talk about the emotional challenges we’d need to face to succeed, but no one to help us structure our finances.

This is the solution: During my 15 years as a divorce lawyer, I witnessed the end of over 1000 marriages. It is my sincere hope that you take steps to avoid the pitfalls that I’ve seen so many couples make.

I want your marriage to succeed. We’ve worked hard to develop a plan that will help you not just stay married but stay married happily. Don’t let the stigma and outdated reputation of prenups keep you from making the best investment in your marriage for a fraction of the cost of your wedding.
